This picture was influenced by many things. The works of Lawrence Alma-Tadema and Godward come to mind. Maybe, the movie "The Mummy" (which I happened to watch not long ago) is to blame. In addition I wanted to imitate this loose painterly style of Pino.
One more time I am having a problem choosing a category for this picture. It is not exactly 2D and it is not exactly 3D. More like 2.5 :-) The background was rendered in Cinema4D, the girl was photographed in my home studio, and the tiger was painted. I heavily used Photoshop and Painter in attempt to bring it all together.
